He assiduously worked for several years to acquire the ultimate qualification of a Phd in Food Processing and Socioeconomic Issues in India from Prescott University, UK, thus displaying his fierce motivation to acquire knowledge and apply it as a means for both personal and business development . The fact that he was awarded an Honorary doctorate in Business Management by The Open International University of Colombo, Sri Lanka is a remarkable further feather in his cap.
